Financing & Loan Transactions

We represent lenders and borrowers in connection with commercial and consumer loan transactions, including acquisition, acquisition and development, construction, mini-perm, secured lines of credit, letters of credit, accounts receivable loans, asset-based financing, tax credit finance, and condominium association loans, among others. The scope of our work varies according to our clients’ needs. We can generate loan documents and can review bank-generated documents. Additionally, we can prepare specialized agreements for unusual collateral or disbursement situations. We regularly assist in the negotiation process and will, at the client’s request, review the title work, surveys, and other documentation related to the loan collateral.

We also have extensive experience in the area of credit workouts, advising both lenders and borrowers in connection with loan modifications, deeds-in-lieu of foreclosure, foreclosures, receiverships and similar actions.
