Our litigators have successfully prosecuted construction defect claims in trials to the court, and change order, delay claims, and related cases in courts,  AAA and other arbitration proceedings.

Our team routinely defends and advances claims brought pursuant to the Colorado Construction Defect Action Reform Act (CDARA).  And we've both prosecuted and defended breach of contract claims involving construction contracts and related transactions.
